link no longer works. I believe the new link, or least the latest version

There is a report on click-wrap licensing from the Electronic Commerce
Subcommittee of the Cyberspace Law Committee of the Business Law Section
of the American Bar Association (ABA) at

I have not had time to read it, but it appears to address primarily assent
issues.
