Symposium on Digital Projects in the Yale Libraries

 

Mark your calendars now! SCOPA and the YUL Systems Office are pleased to invite library staff to a half-day symposium showcasing digital projects in the Yale libraries. This event will take place on Thursday, September 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Beinecke lecture space (rooms 38-39).
 
Following a keynote address by Daniel Greenstein, Director of the Digital Library Federation, your colleagues will give presentations on current and ongoing digital projects in the Yale libraries. There will be time to try out some of the databases at the end of the program.

VISITORS TO BEINECKE LECTURE ROOMS: Please note that you should inform the entry level guard that you are coming to the SCOPA forum. Please leave your coats on the entry level. The guard will direct you to the lower level lecture rooms. Visitors ARE NOT permitted to have food and beverages with them. There is a water fountain close by the lecture rooms should someone need it.
