Announcements: Abe Parrish, citing work demands on his time, has resigned from the Assessment Group. Holly will review our charge to see if a new member must be added.

This document is ready to go to Danuta Nitecki for final approval. This document could be the first in a group of assessment related documents created by the Assessment Group. Other possible ideas are: sampling and matching the correct assessment tool to your research question.
The Tool Kit was reviewed by Danuta and some revisions must be made before it can go public. The bibliography has no explicit selection criteria. Holly will craft a sentence or two explaining that this is not meant to be an exhaustive, authoritative list of resources. The bibliography will be fleshed out by Tony to incorporate suggestions from Danuta. Some of the tools should be spelled out in a more step-by-step fashion. Holly will work on other edits.
Orbis II usability testing was carried out in an expeditious and highly effective manner. Usability testing led to changes in the account login text, the login screen was compressed, and some display fonts were changed. Having both a facilitator and an observer/recorder present worked very well.
New Business:
Katie suggested working with the SFX Group on doing some usability studies, particularly on the new menu that is being developed.
