2. Preparing for Mr. Seymour's visit
   While Mr. Seymour indicated there was nothing we needed to do in preparation for his visit, we do need to address several issues:
   

   • The sorts of issues we want to address when SQIC meets with him.

   • There are a couple of other slots in his schedule open. What other groups should meet with him? Newly forming Document Delivery Group? Instruction Group?

   • There are ten slots open for the Seymour workshop. Can we identify people who should attend?

3. Circ/Tech Services workflow issues (Joan Swanekamp)

4. Workstation appropriate use statement (Sue Crockford-Peters)

5. Time allowing, Danuta will give a report on the service quality conference she attended.
