1. Announcements, questions, future agenda items
   Danuta will introduce two issues that arose at LSSC relating to service quality, including phasing out telnet services, and introduction of vernacular scripts to library research workstations. Others?

2. E-mail overdue notices
   Sue Crockford-Peters distributed a document at our last meeting. We will review the document with special attention to policy issues.

3. YUL Policy on Services to Persons with Disabilities
   Paul Stuehrenberg, Kalee Sprague, and Andy Shimp revised the task force report to read as a policy statement. The SQIC needs to review this draft and, if approved, forward to LMC. The document will be distributed to SQIC today or tomorrow.

4. Circulation loan policies
   Danuta will report on the status of her investigation into current policies.
