Quality Time Forums for Quality Customer ServiceQuality Time Forums have been initiated in direct response to the desire, voiced by staff attending the library wide Focus meetings, for more library customer service training. Topics for presentation have been solicited from those involved in providing customer service in order to insure that programs are directly relevant to the needs of staff. Quality Tips, or Q-Tips, are the core customer service principles addressed by these sessions.
