Minutes: July 14, 2004

Present: Barbara Amato (recorder), Mary Angelotti, Susan Burdick, Martha Clark, and Carol Jones

Absent: Dana Peterman

Group finalized the text for Reasons for canceling a borrowing request. In addition, the Cancellation email template language was reviewed and edited.

Atlas has yet to confirm the training dates.

Initial roll out for Illiad will be handled in each library unit. Introduction of Illiad for the Public Service staff will take place in Mid August before Illiad goes live.
