Congratulations for planning the "launching party" for the Illiad implementation. Happily the PIG was put to rest.

Goals were discussed in relation to Illiad. Expectations to have mastered the skills involved in the operation of the software so that it is being used to the fullest potential by the end of one year. The following goals were also discussed; getting the document delivery notification piece in place and functional, getting "return to lending library" printing materials operational, and lastly the invoice part needs to be operational. Once those are complete establish and document ISO procedures for consistency.

A survey of printing problems by units was followed by a question and answer period.
Questions of the following nature were discussed:
Renewals
Billing & EFTS
Printing requests
PubMed ids
Proxy requests
Areas that need attention:
Review conditionals
Processing unfilled requests
Awaiting special message
