| Appropriate Library Officers Having Signatory Authority for
Yale University Libraries
Signatory Authority for Yale University libraries falling under the jurisdiction of the University Librarian flows from the University's Office of General Counsel to the University Librarian, and is currently delegated to the Associate University Librarian, Collections & Technical Services. Other libraries not under the jurisdiction of the University Librarian will have their own delegated line of signatory authority. Signatory authority where jurisdiction over a library is a mixed one will be resolved on a case by case basis as needed.
