Charge:

Review Orbis and budget reports to determine:

• Whether savings can be made by
  • reducing the number of copies produced
  • changing the type of paper on which the reports are printed
• Whether usefulness can be increased by providing more analysis
• Poll individual units to determine their needs relating to:
  • the vendor listings
  • the fund register
  • the graph of GA expenditures
• Explore the possibility of making reports available electronically
