New York City Parcel Data: The New York City Tax Block and Tax Lot data set contain tax block and parcel shapefiles for Manhattan, Staten Island, Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn. The PLUTO (Primary Land Use Taxlot Outpu) contain tax assessor records for all 5 boroughs. These tax assesor records can be joined to the tax lot parcels in ArcGIS. Contact the GIS Specialist at the Yale Map Collection GIS Service to access the data set.
