The Yale Dramatic Association produced Aristophanes' The Frogs in 1941. Its modernized version featured members of the swim team giving the college cheer beside the Payne Whitney Gymnasium pool, which served as the River Styx, scene of the principal action of the play. This photograph is part of the Yale Milestones exhibit at Sterling Memorial Library.
