Mission of Library Human Resources
LHR provides our clients, both internal and external, with comprehensive, customer- driven human resources services that support the mission and vision of the Library as well as that of the University. These services include: recruitment, retention, job placement, staff and labor relations, organizational development, training, rewards and recognition, professional development, compensation, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Library Human Resources Vision
By 2015, Library Human Resources will be recognized, valued and understood by the Yale University Library community and Central Human Resources as a highly skilled, collaborative, adaptable and trustworthy strategic partner that strives to affect the highest standards of excellence for the Library, Library staff and the University.
