Orbis Problem Reporting

**If Orbis is DOWN, call the appropriate hotline phone provided on the Server Support Web Page.**

Use the form below for reporting problems with Orbis. Please enter data in all the fields, then click the Submit Report button.

Use this form for:

  • Response time problems (e.g. Orbis is very slow)
  • Connection or login failures
  • Crashing client software
  • Run time errors
  • Inappropriate actions in the software

Use of this form will help ensure that your report will receive prompt attention, that patterns of behavior can be detected, and that the appropriate range of technical staff will be notified.
