1. To share information on the use of LARS.

2. To coordinate the implementation and full use of new systems.

3. To support best practice, and to explore possible secondary uses of LARS system beyond its p rimary use for ordering commercial binding.

4. Research any future applications.

5. Form a LARS users sub-group.
