ARTS LIBRARY SPECIAL COLLECTIONS REQUEST FORM  

Use this form to request Special Collections materials for viewing in the Arts Library Special Collections / Arts of the Book Collection (AOB) Reading Room in Sterling Memorial Library (near High Street on the first floor). Requests must be placed at least 48 hours before desired viewing time. Consult the AOB web page for our current reading room hours.

Up to five items may be requested at one time. If you need more than 5 items, make a research appointment with Jae Jennifer Rossman, Special Collections Librarian via email or phone 203.432.1712.

You will be contacted by a staff member when the material is available for viewing in the Reading Room. You will be required to leave a photo ID on deposit while viewing your requested materials.

Please, fill out the form as completely as possible to ensure we can process your request in a timely manner.
