Carrel Survey, Yale University Library, Fall 2000

This questionnaire is no longer active. It is an example of a survey done in October 2000. Your responses will not be recorded. If you have questions, please contact the Service Quality Support Director.

The Library is interested in learning more about how you use the study carrel you are assigned in Sterling Memorial Library and what suggestions you have for improving carrels in the Library. Please take a few minutes to complete our short survey. This web survey is completely anonymous and your candid answers will not affect your assignment to the carrel or the service you currently receive. We do hope, however, that collected feedback will provide us insights to help improve future carrel services.
