Library and we are interested in your opinion of the quality of this service.

Interlibrary Loan means borrowing books and obtaining photocopies from
libraries outside of Yale.  For the purpose of this study, please do not
consider any use of Borrow Direct (borrowing books directly from the University
of Pennsylvania or Columbia University) or Eli Express (borrowing books from
other Yale libraries).
