VISITOR PRE-REGISTRATION

This page is for Beinecke researchers not affiliated with Yale University as a student, staff, or faculty member. Yale-affiliated visitors should register onsite at the Beinecke Library. 

To register:

1. Fill out the Pre-Registration Form and then SUBMIT

2. On arrival at the Beinecke Library, proceed to the Research Services Desk on the lower level. Please bring two forms of identification with recent photographs and a current address to complete the registration process. For additional details, see Planning Your Research Visit.

PLEASE NOTE:  Some collections are closed for processing.  Please consult the following list of Closed Collections for a complete list.
