Ur-files:

1. Choose file to work on
2. Copy [name].box, [name].frn and [name].reg from J:\MSSUNIT\URARC to local directory.
3. Make manual corrections to .box and .frn file.
   (3a. If .box file has been corrected, RIP, PREREG and RAP.)
4. Check Table of Contents page numbers in WRKVIEW.
   (4a. If needed, Correct Table of Contents page numbers.)
5. ZND and REGZY

EAD files

1. Copy [name].sgm from J:\MSSUNIT\URSGML
2. If corrections to .box file are needed, decide on correcting manually or re-running through macros.
3. Run .frn file through SGMFRN and TRANSIT.
4. Add other enhancements (except DESCRIPTION links) manually to .frn file.
5. Paste new front matter into old .sgm file - or paste onto new box-and-folder file and rename.
6. Add DESCRIPTION links.

Finishing up

1. Strip foreign characters, using CHAROFF (unless the file has been entirely recreated).
2. Continue with .sgm file from Step 5 to Step 11 of SGML Manual.
3. Copy EAD file to J:\MSSUNIT\NEWSGML
4. Create new HTML version of Finding Aid, per SGML Manual
5. Copy HTML file to J:\MSSUNIT\NEWHTML
6. Make sure to run CLEANZY and to erase files no longer needed (urfiles are copied to J: when REGZY is run)
