The Rare Materials Cataloger's HelpNet

Institutions often have only one cataloger to catalog their rare books, manuscripts, and other special collections materials, and this person rarely has a colleague available to help resolve the cataloging
problems that occur with these materials. This resource page provides links to experienced rare materials catalogers who have volunteered to respond to queries in their areas of expertise. Many of the volunteers are current or past members of the ACRL/RBMS Bibliographic Standards Committee.

The site is organized by five general areas of expertise:
