If artist already has NJ18 number, use that. Otherwise, class in Z schedule according to press. Place a Z9 after the Artist cutter, and before the cutter for main entry, unless the book is *about* the press, in which case leave out the Z9. For example, Sefer Yonah, hand printed by Ariel Vardi, is classed by Yale at “Z232.V37.Z9 +Y66 1997 (LC)”
where Z232 A-Z denotes “Individual printers and establishments, A-Z—“, and V37 denotes Vardi as the printer. Y66 is for main entry "Yonah"
Note: Mark as Oversize if height is 28 through 39 cm. and/or width 20 through 29 cm. Mark as Folio if height 40 cm. or more, or width 30 cm or more. Example of folio marking:
