| Electronic Music (Score) | c | c |

For textual resources, the values assigned to Type of Record and to Bibliographic Level in the leader determine the type of 008. If Bibliographic Level is coded m (Monograph), the type of 008 is Book. If Bibliographic Level is coded s (Serial) or i (Integrating Resource), the type of 008 is Continuing Resource. (Voyager still displays Serial for both.)
For non-textual resources, the value assigned to Type of Record alone determines the type of 008. If Type of Record is coded anything other than a (Language material) and Bibliographic Level is coded s (Serial) or i (Integrating Resource), an 006 for s (Serial Control) will need to be added to the record.
