CLARR: Basic Instructions

Open RLIN for Windows, OrbEdit (HostExplorer), and CLARR (open CLARR
after HostExplorer)

In RLIN: Find record and use the PASS command

In OrbEdit (HostExplorer): Click on OrbEdit (to make window active)

In CLARR: (always run CLARR with the OrbEdit window visible behind CLARR)

Click on Import button (diagonal down arrow with N)

Highlight the record you wish to import into Orbis from the ":Records to
import" dialog box (automatic if there is only one)

Click NEW (when there is no provisional or other Orbis record to overlay)

or Click OVERLAY (the record showing in the OrbEdit window will be overlaid:
make sure it is the right record to overlay)

In HostExplorer:

Click on OrbEdit (to make window active ... very important)

Complete the record

In CLARR: Click circle/slash to close (close CLARR before OrbEdit
(HostExplorer))
