Registering as a Visiting Researcher  

• All alumni who wish to use the Yale collections must register in person at the Privileges Office in Sterling Memorial Library. To register, you must bring a government issued photo ID card. The following documents are acceptable forms of identification for registration:

  Driver’s license (from U.S. or Canada)
  U.S. or foreign passport
  Alien registration card with photo (INS form I-151 or I-551)

• There are 3 levels of privileges available to alumni.
