Categories of Users Exempt from Level II (Stack Privileges) Fees

Stack access is granted without charge to the following categories of users upon presentation of satisfactory identification:

• Clergy from the Greater New Haven area who devote their full time to a parish, church or synagogue.
• Faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students from RLG institutions.
• Faculty members from other institutions outside a radius of 100 miles from New Haven. This privilege is limited to three months in any year. More extended privileges available on a fee basis.
• Federal, State, and local government officials stationed in the New Haven area, for the official work of their agencies.
• Yale alumni on an occasional basis not to exceed 30 days each year.
• Others not specifically excluded may be granted stack privileges upon payment of $27.00 per month or $270.00 per year. A one-day pass may be purchased for $10.00.
