This site is sponsored by the Budget Subcommittee of Yale Library's Collection Development Council and is intended to help selectors follow trends in the costs of library materials in all formats and from all countries. It identifies regularly issued national and international price reports and price indexes, in print and on the Internet. It also features an annotated list of title output reports.

The site was created by Martha Brogan and Andy Shimp in November 1996 and is maintained by members of the CDC Education and Training Subcommittee:
