Primary functions:
The Washington State Cooperative Library Project is a project of the six public baccalaureate degree-granting institutions in Washington (Central Washington, Eastern Washington and Western Washington Universities, Evergreen State College, the University of Washington, and Washington State University. The CLP receives funding from the Washington legislature with which it develops programs and licenses electronic resources. The CLP is overseen by the Interinstitutional Committee of Chief Librarians (ICCL), which is a subcommittee of the Interinstitutional Committee of Academic Officers (comprised of the provosts of the six institutions).
