Brief description

The Higher ministry of education and scientific research in Egypt aims to develop the quality of education and research process in the Egyptian universities through the Information and Communication Technology Project (ICTP). One of the major branches of this project is to develop a consortium (named EULC) among the Egyptian universities for the electronic resources subscriptions. The EULC is a consortium of the governmental, foreign, and private universities in Egypt. It also includes the Egyptian National Agriculture Library (ENAL) and other research institutions. The EULC provides access to the scientific and academic resources such as bibliographic and full text databases of e-journals, books, dissertations, standards...etc, which could improve the educational and research process in Egypt.
