Brief description

UKB is the Dutch Association of the thirteen University Libraries and the National Library. There are two associate members: the Open University and the Library of the Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences. UKB was founded in 1976 to enhance cooperation between the members for the benefit of state-of-the-art information services to the scientific community.
