Emily Rose '81

Emily Rose is a Visiting Professor of History at Johns Hopkins and a Yale graduate (Berkeley, Medieval and Renaissance Studies) where she was senior editor of the Yale Daily News. She earned a second BA from Oxford in Modern History, an MBA from Columbia in Management, and a PhD in History from Princeton. For the past three years she has been living in England conducting research while a Visiting Fellow at New Hall, Cambridge. She is a founding member of the Visiting Committee of Cambridge University Library, former chair of the Yale Center for Parliamentary History, a member of Yale Library Associates, and serves on the finance committee of the Medieval Academy of America as well as other not-for profit boards.
