Yale University Library Receives Major Gift from Arcadia

Yale University Library has received a $5 million dollar gift from Arcadia, a United Kingdom-based grant-making fund established in 2001, to make the library's important collections of international materials more available through cataloguing and digitization. (read more)

Kress Fellowship in Art Librarianship Renewed

Bass at 1+

The Anne T. and Robert M. Bass Library celebrated its first anniversary in September 2008.  It isn't unusual, on certain days or at certain times, to see every seat and study carrel filled, every computer terminal occupied, every cafe table taken, and the place alive with the enterprise of teaching and learning. Robert B. Haas Family Arts Library Opens

The Robert B. Haas Family Arts Library opened in August of 2008. Since then, there have been more than 134,000 visits, testimony to the vital importance of its collections and services. (read more)
