General information

Papers

Our pattern has been to have each oral presentation limited to 20 minutes, followed by discussion. Full papers are welcomed and, if submitted to Martin Lunde ( m.j.lunde@sms.ed.ac.uk) by 13 June, will be put on the CD-ROM distributed to all participants. More detailed information regarding submission will be sent to presenters.

Accommodations information

Accommodation will be available in Kenneth Mackenzie House, the University's hospitality suite.   MAP   This is a five minute walk from Augustine United Church. See prices below; credit cards accepted. The rooms are small but all have en suite facilities (i.e., private bathroom), televisions, and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are upstairs, with no lift/elevator available so are not convenient for disabled people. Please submit the accommodations form linked to below by March 31. After the closing date participants will be responsible for booking their own accommodation. If not all conference participants can be accommodated at Mackenzie House, information about other housing possibilities will be made available. Please note that accommodations are scarce in Edinburgh in the summer, so private arrangements should be made promptly.

Kenneth Mackenzie House:
Single room with full breakfast - £49 per night
Double room (1 double bed) with full breakfast for two people - £69 per night
(A 'no breakfast' option is not available.)

Fill out the accommodations form.
