Pre-Registration & Accommodations request

If you plan to attend the Yale-Edinburgh Group meeting at Yale Divinity School, New Haven on June 27-29, 2013, please submit this form by April 30.

The $70.00 registration fee will be payable at the time of the meeting by cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa only). This amount will cover all meals at the conference from Thursday breakfast through Saturday lunch.

Registration is open to all members of the "Missions" email listserv moderated by Yale Divinity School. Others are welcome by invitation only. Contact Martha Smalley for more information.

Some rooms and apartments have been reserved for conference participants on the Yale Divinity School campus or at the nearby Overseas Ministries Study Center, Farnum Guest House, or Piazza Santo Ronan. These rooms/apartments will cost in the range of $40 to $90 per night depending on sharing arrangements. We will assign these rooms to those who request accommodation below, on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee that everyone will be accommodated on or near campus. Information about area hotels will be provided to any individuals who cannot be accommodated.
