Microsoft Book Digitization Project: Project management for digitization of 100,000 Yale University Library books (pre-1923 / English-only) in 2008-2009. Working with Preservation, LSF, Access Services, Mudd Library, Cataloging and ILTS. More Information
Drama Library Posters: Funding and project management for digitization of over 900 posters from the Yale Repertory Theater. Working with the Drama Library and Media Services. (Collection available in Spring 2008)
E-Reserves: Project management for design, testing and implementation an electronic reserves service for the Library. (Production roll-out of electronic reserves service for Fall 2009) Working with Access Services, Art Library, Medical Library, Social Sciences Library, Science Libraries, Divinity Library, Shipping, ILTS, CMI/Classesv2 and RIS.
Yale Daily News: RFP for the digitization of the Yale Daily News, vendor selection, workflow design, project management of digitization project, user interface and design and coordination of quality control procedures.
