Microsoft Book Digitization Project: Project management for digitization of 100,000 Yale University Library books (pre-1923 / English-only) in 2008-2009. Working with Preservation, LSF, Access Services, Mudd Library, Cataloging and ILTS. More Information

Drama Library Posters: Funding and project management for digitization of over 900 posters from the Yale Repertory Theater. Working with the Drama Library and Media Services. (Collection available in Spring 2008)

E-Reserves: Project management for design, testing and implementation an electronic reserves service for the Library. (Production roll-out of electronic reserves service for Fall 2009) Working with Access Services, Art Library, Medical Library, Social Sciences Library, Science Libraries, Divinity Library, Shipping, ILTS, CMI/Classesv2 and RIS.

Yale Daily News: RFP for the digitization of the Yale Daily News, vendor selection, workflow design, project management of digitization project, user interface and design and coordination of quality control procedures. Yale Classics Department Slide Collection Digitization: Production and project management for the digitization of the Classics Department slide collection. Visual Resources Collection Digitization: Production and project management of the digitization for the Library's Visual Resources Collection (150,000 images digitized over 2007/2008). Working with WWDCS, Shipping and Preservation. Visual Resources Digital Collection

Library Exhibits: Digitization and On-line Exhibit creation: Digitization of content from Library exhibits and creation of an on-line exhibit for each physical exhibit. Working with MSSA, Library Administration, Preservation and WWDCS. (Spring 2008)

IDIR (Integrated Digital Image Resources): Consultation services on the workflow, processes and output of the Library's Visual Resources Collection.

Assessment & Usability studies
