Basic QA Criteria for YDN Images

1. Missing Pages
2. Duplicate Pages
3. Obscured Pages (e.g. foreign object present)
4. Skew more than 2 degrees (based on line of text at center of page)
5. Cropping (should have 1/4 to 1/2 inch of margin on all four sides)
6. Distortion (e.g. wavy lines of text)
7. Focus, Sharpness
8. Contrast
9. Brightness
10. Even illumination across page
11. Color accuracy
12. Other errors that interfere seriously with readability
