1993 Bentley FellowshipIn 1993, James Bower, Marion Matters, Kathleen Roe, and Richard Szary were awarded a Mellon Research Fellowship for the Study of Modern Archives at the Bentley Historical Library at the University of Michigan to study the data requirements for archival authority control.
