Charge

The charge of the ERM Implementation group is to:
  • participate in and respond to the Beta test of Verde beginning mid-June and running until the general release of the Verde software;
  • write Yale-specific documentation for use of the ERM;
  • reach decisions about the use of every field (format, what kind of information is entered, etc.) as they exist in the Beta test, based on the work of the planning group;
  • communicate appropriately to the broader YUL community of the advent of the ERM and what expectations will be of general staff involvement and cooperation;
  • decide what is the work flow within the ERM and the expected sequence of events in ERM work;
  • shepherd the gathering and inclusion of appropriate data from our existing e-resources to make the ERM useful and usable going forward.
