Contact Information for Electronic Resources Licensed by Yale University Library

For most of the products licensed by YUL, there is at least one librarian designated as the point person for the resource. This is intended to enhance communication and minimize confusion for both the Library and Vendor.

Most databases have a content contact who can answer questions about subject and date extent of the materials as well as unique instructional and reference needs. The content contacts are listed on Research Workstation pages about each database under a section called "For Assistance Using ..."

Contact the technical contact when a resource isn't working at all. Contact the general contact when a resource isn't working right or to convey general desires for improvement. For some products, one person serves both roles. Some resources have stricter protocols than others or modifications to the roles and have notes to help clarify the situation.
