Giuseppe Mazzotta, Dante in Translation

Initially funded and developed by the Yale Center for Media Initiatives (CMI), this project captures Professor Mazzotta's pedagogical goals and vision for Dante in Translation in a broad, dynamic and intellectually inspiring multimedia framework. Each canto will offer students a visual and audio experience designed to help them comprehend the significance of each canto individually and in the larger context of the poem. A database of images created for this project will also be available to Professor Mazzotta and to students outside of class.
