This guide provides information for image, video, and audio study for this course. You will find directions for using the Insight software. You will need to download Quicktime 5.02 to view the videos in Insight.

Download Quicktime from Network Software Download Site.
Choose the platform (Microsoft Windows, Mac OS) to download the program

I. Insight

You will need to download the Insight client software from the Luna Insight Software Download page. Directions for installing both the Mac and PC version of the software are included on that page.

Opening Insight
When using Insight, open both the Beinecke Digital Library and the Visual Resources Collection. Select both so they are highlighted in yellow and click Select.

Visual Resources Collection: 432-2443. Give a brief explanation of your problem, e.g., the Insight server is not responding to your machine. Report any error messages.

5:01 PM - 8:29 AM (Monday-Friday); 24 hrs (Sat/Sun): ITS Machine Room: 432-6506. Ask that the ITS Library Projects Group Staff Member on call be paged and give a brief explanation of the problem.
