Cervantes Saavedra, Miguel de: Obras Completas (Madrid, Spain: Centro de Estudios Cervantinos, 1997): This Spanish textbase offers the complete works of Miguel de Cervantes, including Don Quixote, and is fully searchable. The CD-ROM also contains a biography and a detailed bibliography of critical references.
CETEDOC Library of Christian Latin Texts (Turnhout, Belgium: Brepols, 1991-[2000]): Based primarily on the Corpus Christianorum: Series Latina and Continuatio Mediaevalis, the CETEDOC Library of Christian Latin Texts CD-ROM strives to offer the best critical texts of Patristic and Medieval Latin Christian authors. Chancellor Metternich and His Time (Prague, Czechoslovakia, Albertina icome, Ltd., 1997): This database represents a collection of the Metternich family archives containing memoranda and political documents from 1207 C.E. to 1895 C.E. It is fully searchable and also includes valuable scholarly commentary on Central European History.
Chaucer: Life And Times (Reading, England; Woodbridge, CT: Primary Source Media, 1995): An interdisciplinary CD-ROM containing Chaucer's life and works. Includes the complete original texts from the Riverside Chaucer, as well as modern translations, critical essays, images, maps, a glossary, and a host of other tools to contextualize this important writer.
Cien Anos de Cine Mexicano: 1896-1996 (Mexico: CONACULTA, 1999): This CD presents the history of Mexican film through a number of essays, pictures, and video and audio clips. The text is entirely in Spanish.
El Cine Argentino: 1933-1997 (Buenos Aires: Fundacion Cinemateca Argentina, 1997): This multimedia CD-ROM provides a fascinating glimpse at 64 years of Argentinian film, offering valuable information about the films themselves, their directors, stars, and the process of making a film. Film and sound clips are included in the CD-ROM, as well as many still photos of films and actors. The text is entirely in Spanish.

Comic Book Confidential (New York: Voyager, 1996): Claims to be "the only comprehensive documentary of comics and their creators ever made." Contains historical footage (including congressional hearings from the 1950s linking comic books to juvenile delinquency), interviews, animations, and montages of comic-book art, all compiled by Ron Mann. Featured artists include Lynda Barry, Charles Burns, Sue Coe, Robert Crumb, Will Eisner, Al Feldstein, Shary Flenniken, William Gaines, Bill Griffith, Jaime Hernandez, Jack Kirby, Harvey Kurtzman, Stan Lee, Paul Mavrides, Frank Miller, Victor Moscoso, Françoise Mouly, Dan O'Neill, Harvey Pekar, Gilbert Shelton, Spain, and Art Spiegelman.
