Yale Recycling Program Coordinator, CJ May spoke at the Library Green Team's July meeting. CJ reviewed the recycling programs and initiatives underway across the University.

Less well known to Library staff and readers, however, may be the availability throughout the Library of 'techno scrap' buckets, provided by Integrated Library Technology Services in cooperation with the University's Office of Environmental Health and Safety for disposal of regulated universal waste and used electronics.
Staff and local residents are encouraged to take personal advantage of a similar hazardous waste disposal program operated by the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority.
