Present: Bobbie Pilette, Audrey Novak, Rebekah Irwin, David Gewirtz

Absent: Gretchen Gano, Kevin Glick, E.C. Schroeder

The time was spent discussing the administrative structure for the digital preservation program. Topics ranged from:

· looking at where other research institutions have started with their programs and where they are currently.

· fitting the digital preservation program into the DPIP structure

· particular options for administering digital preservation program: shared responsibility or a part of a single department

Tasks

· Each team will continue to move forward

· Bobbie will continue to work on the admin document
