If there is only one instructor, it is usually too difficult to teach in an electronic classroom to more than 8 - 10 attendees unless the group’s computer skills are equivalent and the focus solely on content
Post class limitations and when the next class of this type will be offered again
Some online databases classes (like our OVID classes) have a limitation on simultaneous users/connections - this is beyond our control
Note: also nice to have a few extra empty terminals in case one machine becomes problematic during the course of a class; it is usually much quicker and easier to move someone to another computer than to troubleshoot
