Library’s status has been elevated, perception is that we are part of the forefront. We now get regular invitations to participate at meetings with sessions included in the new classroom. We have received formal letters from the Dean of the HSC commending our service. Our director often reports of glowing praise from faculty, staff, and students of the service we provide.
Library’s education services requests have skyrocketed. Much of this is attributable to our electronic classroom facility
Demand on Reference and Circulation services has increased with the advent of teaching and reaching more people (people through classes have become aware of the daily services that the library has to offer - all of this goes hand in hand)
The success of the first classroom has helped influence the decision to make a second classroom as we continue our complete library renovation
