For this search choose News and General News.  Start with this search form, since you probably only want more recent magazine articles. Use the boolean OR and the * truncation to retrieve more variant spellings or phrases. Structure the search terms like this:

Keyword: managed care or managed-care

Additional Terms: atleast10(hospital)

Source Materials: Magazines and Journals

  Date: Previous Six Months

Alternatively, you could run this search under Medical and News.  This will retrieve more industry-specific articles.
