Choose News, General News search form. A search this broad would probably result in far too many citations. You might want to consider limiting your search to a particular publication and/or use the length segment or the atleast segment to limit your results to articles which cover this topic substantially.

Keyword: e. coli and (juice or cider)

Additional Terms: publication(new york times) and (length >500 or atleast5(e.coli))

Date: Previous two years

Alternatively, you could choose on the first Academic Universe screen to search "e. coli and (juice or cider)" in Medical News sources, or even "Food and Beverage News" under Business,Industry. These will all give quite different perspectives on this topic. Be sure to think as broadly as possible about your search and what sources might contain information.
