Many Yale libraries and collections have created self-guided tutorials and
online subject and help guides to assist readers in research.
Subject Guides provide referrals
to materials in the Yale Library, resources at Yale (not in the Library) and
resources on the Internet. Listed according to broad subject areas (such as
History, Christianity, Political Science, Chemistry, etc.), they link from Research
Guides by Subject on the library home page.
The following tutorials and guides have been developed by Yale librarians to
provide basic information about core research resources:
