Center for International Experience (Yale College)
CIE offers a wide variety of resources for students seeking international experience, providing information, advice, and guidance to potential travelers, as well as
contact information for returned students.
Center
for Language Study (CLS)
A center of coordination and
resources for the more than fifty languages taught at Yale,
the Center for Language Study (CLS) provides
leadership and support for pedagogical innovation, professional
development (including workshops and informal seminars offered
in collaboration with language programs), and implementation
of new methodologies in language instruction and learning.
English
Language Institute (ELI)
With its tradition of more than forty years as the official program
of English language instruction to non-native speakers in the Yale
community, it offers a wide range of full-time and part-time courses
during the academic year and the summer.
The International Center of New Haven
The International Center is a non-profit community based organization whose goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for the international population in the area and to foster a greater understanding of the wealth and variety of cultures the world has to offer.

The MacMillan Center
The Whitney and Betty MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies at Yale is the University's focal point for encouraging and coordinating teaching and research on international affairs, societies, and cultures around the world. It draws its strength by tapping the interests and combining the intellectual resources of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and of the professional schools.
Office of Fellowship Programs
The Office of Fellowship Programs (OFP), formerly the Office of International Education and Fellowship Programs (IEFP), advises students and alumni of Yale College about fellowships, scholarships, and grants.
Office of International Students & Scholars (OISS)
Responsible for the general welfare of
international students at Yale University, the Office of International
Students and Scholars serves as a resource on immigration matters
for the Yale community and Yale’s
liaison to those federal agencies concerned with matters related to
international students and scholars studying and working here. It
also assists sinternational students and scholars with problems concerning
their social and personal adjustment to life in the United States
and other personal matters and concerns.

of Diversity and Equal Opportunity (ODEO)
Established with the premise that expanding the diversity
within the student body enhances the intellectual experience and understanding
of the entire scholarly community, the Office for Diversity and Equal Opportunity
is committed to building a supportive graduate school community whereby students
of color, women and other underrepresented students are actively recruited
to the graduate school and encouraged in their professional, social and intellectual
goals and pursuits.
Office of International
Affairs (OIA)
The Office of International Affairs serves as an administrative
resource to support the international activities of all schools, departments,
offices, centers, and organizations at Yale; to promote Yale and its faculty
to international audiences; and to increase the visibility of Yale’s
international activities around the globe.
Joseph Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale
The Joseph Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale, home to Yale Hillel and Young Israel House at Yale, is a self-supporting non-profit that serves Yale students, faculty and staff, and the greater New Haven community, by providing cultural, intellectual religious and social programs. Kosher food, guest lectures, classes, concerts, art exhibits, film festivals, teas, study breaks, Israeli dance classes, conferences, holiday celebrations, and religious services are among the activities regularly sponsored at the center.

Yale Grants & Fellowships
This website brings together in a comprehensive, searchable resource those grants and fellowships funded and/or administered by Yale. Most of these are open only to Yale students and are available from Yale’s schools, departments, and programs, while others are national competitions to which Yale nominates candidates.

Yale Summer Session provides students with a unique opportunity to interact with some of Yale's top scholars and teachers in an intimate environment.
